Telesales   Job title                     Telesales/Sales Consultant Salary                         £7.00 per hour with uncapped bonus potential Hours                         21 hours per week (Tues-Thurs) Reporting to              Directors   The Role As a dynamic and forward thinking member of the team, you will be responsible for developing the business through identifying and contacting potential new clients within a pre-defined geographical area, securing appointments with key decision makers.   Key Responsibilities
  • Contact potential clients via telephone, using effective communication and negotiation techniques to speak to the key decision maker
  • Provide contacts with relevant information about the company and it’s services
  • Secure appointments with potential clients for HR and H&S Consultants to conduct an initial review meeting
  • Cross sell the company’s services to potential and new clients
  • Identify potential clients through the use of relevant sources
  • Maintain accurate records and update the company database
  • Achieve individual targets and play a key role in the development of the business
  • Participate in team meetings and provide progress reports to the team
  • Assist in administrative tasks on an ad hoc basis
  • Attend events and exhibitions
  • Undertake training as required
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
