We're based in Altrincham and work directly with SMEs across the UK, across HR, health & safety, ISO certification, CDM and Principal Designer duties, and SSIP accreditation.

Building Regulations Principal Designer
We have ambitious plans for our Building Regulations Principal Designer service and want to appoint an experienced, competent construction professional — a building control surveyor, architect or design manager — to sit within our CDM and Principal Designer team and deliver the role to a diverse portfolio of UK clients. The role was created off the back of the Building Safety Act changes, and helps clients navigate the new landscape and achieve building-regulations compliance. We're happy to consider candidates not yet registered with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).
The role would suit…
A building control professional, architect or design manager with several years in the sector, and excellent interpersonal skills given how client-facing the work is.
A degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture or a similar discipline (desirable, not essential).
Membership of RICS, CABE, RIBA, CIAT or CIOB.
Experience inspecting buildings and properties at the key stages of the build.
Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act, building regulations, codes and legislation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role.
